Remark: Calculated by 8000 running hours per year, high-pressure pump efficiency at 75%, booster pump efficiency at 75%, motor efficiency at 93%.
The original system is improved by adding 2 PX-180 after the concentrated brine discharge end to recovery the energy which would be wasted otherwise. The application of PX reduces total cost irrespective of extra investment in energy recovery device and associated accessories, which could be recovered in one and a half year and goes on to save a large amount of electricity cost for end users. Calculated by 20 years running time, PX application in the system will save our customer 13 million RMB.
